Use helper information only for genuine assessment and hiring. Do not redistribute biodata, download private documents unnecessarily or share interview recordings without permission.
For helpers
Ask before photographing or posting an employer’s children, elderly family members, home, mail, access cards or daily routines. Household information can create privacy and security risks.
For testimonials and handover media
Photographs or videos should follow the permission obtained. A person who agreed to a private handover photograph may not have agreed to public advertising or indefinite reuse.
